In this video I use the example of Delta Goodrem on The Voice television program. She has complained of how difficult it is to give an honest assessment of a singer whilst the audience is screaming behind her. Also doubting herself when the other judges disagree with her.
Let’s look more closely at our own integrity to see if there are place where compromise means we are not voicing our truth and falling out of alignment.
