New episode of Navigating the Shift talking with Sarah Biermann. These conversations are starting to shape themselves in a very useful way, I feel. Talking about topical news events, looking at how we react to them and how that reflects into other areas of our life. Here, the main theme seemed to be that sometimes the media teases us with ideas we could speculate on for many hours; other times we may be prepped for some upcoming possibility without us checking the validity of the claim. It’s guaranteed to get some hopes up and then, when it doesn’t appear to happen, hopes are dashed and the vibe falls.
We have to get into the habit of keeping our vibe high so we don’t “drop the rope” as Sarah put it in her article.
