The world we live in is filled with disinformation (deliberately misleading info), stories with missing crucial facts that might subtly or dramatically change your viewpoint, “alternative” facts and embellishments. Sometimes you’ll find an article, be it written, audio or video, which carefully words the content to seed ideas into your head which slowly but surely changes your opinion. Sometimes it’s the media, sometimes it’s people you deal with every day. Getting around this sludge requires some tricky manoeuvring and even the best of us get bogged down in it from time to time. How on earth do we tell truth from lies?

I thought it was about time I revived the series begun a few years back – it really does have a lot of potential. The Channel channel was set up to demonstrate how valuable your intuition or “gut instinct” is in guiding you towards the wisest decisions. This is useful in personal communications, dealing with friends, family or work colleagues but can also give you the leading edge in your career. My goal with this channel is to interview people from many types of industries who are ok about admitting they use their gut instinct or intuition for answers.

In this new episode (yes, my hair has grown) I interview Sarah Biermann from California. I’ve known Sarah for some years now. She is a superb spiritual healer and coach with a very full website http://imagi-creation.com filled with articles, meditations, exercises to clear the mind and open the third eye; crystals imbued with wonderful energy (I hope she’s still doing those), webinar recordings and personal spiritual coaching insights.

In this video I ask her how she first started to recognise those special gifts, when she used it in her regular jobs earlier in life and how she recommends you start to tune into it yourself. She recounts that terrifying time she first used it with a paying client and wondered if the message given to her was real or not. It’s a fun interview.
