I whipped this image from Facebook so you can experiment with it in a short meditation. Colour therapy has been used for many millennium in ancient cultures to help unblock the various chakras in the body and improve balance between them.
Colour can be applied to the body through light, fabrics, crystals… all sorts of things, and can be combined with sound therapy, water therapy, reiki, massage, what ever feels right at the time.
